This Program is sponsored by Microsoft (the “Sponsor”).

The purpose of these Rules is to define the terms and conditions governing participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you fully and unconditionally agree to comply with these Rules. If you do not agree with any of these Rules, do not register for the Program and do not submit an application.


1. TIMELINE

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Any eligible person who is registered on the Program website and enrolls to participate in the Program (the “Participant” or “You”) must review and accept these Rules.

By accessing and accepting these Rules, You:

  • enter into a valid and enforceable contractual relationship with the Sponsor regarding participation in the Program. Registration and participation in the Program do not create any employment, agency, or subordination relationship between the Sponsor and the Participant;

  • fully and unconditionally agree to comply with these Rules. Acceptance is confirmed by checking an online box during registration.

Failure to comply with these Rules may result in immediate disqualification from the Program.


3. REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

To take part in the Program, your completed application must be submitted by [insert application deadline here].

Participants must first create a user account on the Agorize platform and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information (including name, email address, and other required details).

Any application containing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in disqualification. Refusal to allow the collection and processing of personal data strictly necessary for the operation of the Program will also result in disqualification.

Participants are solely responsible for the information provided. The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct any necessary verification related to identity and contact details.

Acceptance of these Rules, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, is required during account creation and Program registration.

Participation in the Program is free of charge, with no purchase or payment obligation.


4. ELIGIBILITY

The Program is open to:

  • Individual Participants representing a company;

  • Individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older, with full legal capacity at the time of registration.

Eligible startups must:

  • be legally incorporated in an EMEA country;

  • operate as B2B or B2B2C companies;

  • be post-MVP and have paying customers.

Participants must be willing to build and/or scale their solution using Microsoft technologies and explore listing their solution on the Microsoft Marketplace.

Public-sector entities are not eligible to participate.


5. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

The objective of the Program is to provide selected startups with technical, business, and go-to-market support from Microsoft and its ecosystem partners.

Participants are required to attend the Program kick-off, Demo Day, and all mandatory Program activities and sessions.

Depending on the Program location and format, startups may be offered access to dedicated Microsoft workspaces or facilities during the Program. Usage of these facilities, when applicable, is optional.


6. DELIVERABLES

Participants must present the outcomes and progress achieved during the Program at Demo Day.
This presentation must be delivered by a startup founder and provided in presentation format (e.g. PowerPoint).


7. PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Registration Phase

Pre-selection Phase

Applications will be reviewed and pre-selected. Shortlisted participants will be contacted by email and invited to participate in the next evaluation stage on [insert assessment date here].

Jury and Selection Phase

Shortlisted startups will pitch their solutions to a business and/or technical jury composed of Microsoft representatives and selected ecosystem partners.

Program Kick-off

The acceleration phase will require regular participation in Program sessions, which may take place on-site, online, or in a hybrid format, depending on the Program configuration.
